ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Teach one or two basic medicine subject and also take remedial measures in clarifying doubts of other basic medicine subjects from time to time as per best knowledge and capability.
  2. Take 2 -3 hrs class during weekdays and 4 – 6 hrs classes during the weekends for. Kindly note that the total teaching hrs per week will ideally be in the range of 12-15 hrs.
  3. Make yourself well versed with Chinese language in order to become a bridge between the students and the University through fluency in communication.
  4. Assist the students in connecting with the patients in the hospital during the clinical postings once acquired a good skills in spoken Chinese.
  5. Assist the operations coordinator & TAO in organizing and coordinating the clinical postings and academic related works from time to time.
  6. Wherever and whenever necessary, talk to the Teaching Affairs Office (TAO) and the Hospital Administration in increasing the regular classroom & clinical postings hours to recover the downfall in various basic medicine and clinical subjects as per Indian standards.
  7. Highlight the Individual Monitoring and Mentoring aspect in our Elite FMGE Program which is aimed at making all our students pass the License Exam in India in 1st attempt.
  8. Weekly assess the academic progress of each student that are embedded in the Elite FMGE Program as much as possible.
  9. Conduct the Test & Discussion sessions yourself in your area of expertise and those which are organized from Bangalore/Kolkata office through online mode from time to time basis.
  10. Monitor the regular classroom teachers and FMGE teachers by keeping a track on the topic wise syllabus completion by them on daily basis & taking a feedback from the students regarding their effective academic delivery.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
