Refund Rules

Generally, no refund of fees is permitted on account of withdrawal/ absence from college or for other reasons once a student is admitted to any course of study.

However, a refund claim may be accepted on merit after due consideration of the request made by the students. If approved, the amount to be refunded shall be within the limit stipulated below :

Status I: No refund will be entertained if all processing has been completed Viz. Admission order issued. JW 202 form issued, Visa formalities completed.

Status II: A student is entitled to a refund of 25% of the processing fee in case of the following:
A : When visa is not endorsed but all other processing is done viz, admission order issued. JW 202 form issued.
B : He/She is also entitled to 100% refund of any other fees paid by him. However registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

Status III: Any student who has withdrawn from the course is eligible for 50% refund of the processing fees provided the following has not been done in his/he name:
A : His/her visa processing has not been done.
B : He/She is also entitled to 100% refund of all other fees paid: However, as mentioned earlier registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

Status IV: A student is eligible for refund of 75% of his/her processing for provided the following has not obtained or applied for his/her name:
A : JW 202 form not obtained.
B : Visa not applied/ obtained.

All other fees, if paid, will be refunded except registration fee as mentioned earlier

In the ambit of the above-mentioned statuses, the fees for the Orientation Program will be deducted if the student has attended the Orientation Program.

The FMGE fee will be deducted in case the student has returned from the University for any reason.
